• BRUSINKOVY SAUCE – (CRANBERRY SAUCE)

    Tento sauce je velmi rychly – je to takova hustejsi hmota, nezli omacka a cele nasi rodine velmi chutna. Obycejne jej serviruju na Thanksgiving, ale take to obcas udelam k pork loin (veprovemu).

    sacek cerstvych brusinek
    1 a 1/4 cup cukru
    1/2 cup vody
    1/2 cup bileho vina
    1/4 cup rumu
    1/2 kostky masla (americke kostky)

    V hrnci uvedte do varu brusinky s vodou, cukrem a vinem.  Snizte ohen a povarte chvilinku (az vsechny brusinky popraskaji) – 5-10 minut.  Vypnete a vmichejte rum a maslo. Muzete servirovat horke, nebo take vychlazene 3 hodinky v lednicce.

    • SYROVA OMACKA – (velmi rychla)

    light cream (nebo take heavy cream) = smetana
    strouhany syr (pouzivam SARGENTO – 4 Cheese Mexican)

    POSTUP:
    V kastrulku ohrejeme na malem plaminku smetanu. Pomalu prisipu malinko syru, az se rozpusti. Jestli omacka neni dostatecne husta, prisypu jeste trosku a znovu micham az se syr rozpusti. Podavam s testovinami jako je napr. Penne nebo Spagety.
